Our engineering team reviews your design for Design for Manufacturability (DFM). We may suggest minor design modifications to optimize the part for the powder metallurgy process, helping you reduce tooling costs and improve part strength.
Once the design is finalized, we provide a formal quotation including tooling costs and unit prices. Upon approval, we proceed with mold design and fabrication. Our in-house tooling capabilities ensure precision and faster lead times.
We produce T1 samples for your verification. We provide a full dimensional inspection report with the samples. Mass production begins only after you have approved the samples.
Our ISO 9001 certified production line handles compacting, sintering, sizing, and any necessary secondary operations (machining, heat treatment, plating). Rigorous QC checks are performed at every stage.
